Unless it is implied, we do not collect personal information without your consent. Here is the nature of the information collected and provided by you:

  • First Name, Last Name, and contact email address;
  • Informations related to online payment are not collected;
  • Any other information that you provide to us via the comment.

 

Here are the types of information that are collected automatically

  • The domain name of your Internet Service Provider;
  • Your IP address;
  • Browser type: Microsoft Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.;
  • The operating system and its version:  Windows, Mac OS, Linux, etc.;
  • The date and time of your visit;
  • The pages you visit;
  • Your country of location;
  • The address of the referring site, if you access site from another site.

2.3 How are they collected?

  • By email: When you write to us, it might be that you send us personal informations. As a general rule, the data is only stored for as long as is needed to fulfill the purpose. Then the email is deleted and removed permanently when the trash is emptied;
  • Donation’s form: Unless anonymous, the data is stored in CMS database for treatment and analytics reasons;
  • Newsletter’s form: Email address, first name and last name are collected to send you the requested newsletter. As a general rule, the data is only stored for as long as is needed to fulfill the purpose. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the  link included in each newsletter. Then we will delete your email address from our distribution list. Also, you can unsubscribe, at any time, by sending us an email ;
  • Post’s comment: Comments post with personal content will be deleted immediately and, when possible, the owner would be informed.

2.4 Why?

Although the main reason is to manage relationships and interactions with our visitors there are also the following.

2.4.1 Web analytics

Web analytics is the collection, analysis, measurement, and reporting of data about website traffic and visits. This data is used for statistical purposes to improve our website.

2.4.2 Cookies and Web Beacons

We use cookies to store information about visitors preferences, record user-specific information on which pages the user access or visit, customize Web page content based on visitors browser type or other information that the visitor sends via their browser. At any time, visitor could disable cookies via his browser options.

2.4.3 Log Files

Our website is hosted on a web server and, like all others, it generate log files to allow maintenance and solve issue if any. There is no personal data in log files.
